Refund policy

On this page (6 sections)
Your full plan is made from your answers, and your plan, guides and trackers are delivered to your account straight away. So we refund when something has gone wrong on our side, and we don't refund a change of mind once you have it. You see your free results before you pay, so you can decide first.
When we refund you
We refund the full amount you paid if:
- You paid but didn't get access, or your plan didn't generate, and we can't sort it out within 2 business days of you telling us.
- You were charged twice for the same thing. We refund the extra charge.
- There's a technical fault we can't fix. Your plan, guide or tracker won't load, is incomplete, or has an error that really affects your results, and we can't fix it within 5 business days of you telling us.
- You didn't make or allow the charge. Tell your bank straight away too.
What we don't refund
Once your plan, guide or tracker has been delivered to your account or opened, we don't refund it because you changed your mind, no longer need it, or haven't earned money from it yet. Earn Path gives guidance and does not promise any income (see our disclaimer).
How to report a problem
Email info@earnpath.co.za or use our contact form (choose "Refund or payment problem"). Please include:
- your order reference (on your receipt, it starts with "EP"),
- the email you used, and
- what went wrong (a screenshot helps).
Please tell us within 30 days of paying. We reply within 2 business days. If we approve a refund, it goes back through PayFast to the way you paid, normally within 10 business days and always within 30 days.
Cooling-off
Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) usually lets you cancel an online purchase within 7 days. Section 42(2) of ECTA says this does not apply to services that start, with your consent, within those 7 days, or to things made to your specifications or clearly personalised. At checkout you ask for your plan or guide to be delivered straight away and agree that change-of-mind refunds then don't apply. If you have paid and it has not been delivered yet, you can still cancel for a full refund.
Your other rights
Nothing in this policy takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or ECTA, including your right to a service of the quality you can reasonably expect. If you're not happy with how we handled your problem, you can complain to the National Consumer Commission (thencc.org.za/complaints).
After a refund
Access to the refunded plan or guide is removed from your account, along with any plan refreshes and guide credit that came with it. Your free results stay available, and a guide you already bought with the credit is not affected.
