1. The service

Earn Path provides general information and a ranking of income options based on the answers you give. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal or career advice, and it does not guarantee that you will earn any income.

2. Your full plan, guides and account

The full plan and each step-by-step guide are once-off digital products. The price shown at checkout is the full price in South African rand, with no subscription. When you buy or use a promo code we create an account for the email you give and ask you to confirm it with a code or link; your purchases then live in that account. Access starts as soon as PayFast confirms your payment. A paid plan can also be opened by anyone who has its private link, so keep that link to yourself.

Guides include XP, badges and streaks to help you keep going. They have no money value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or discounts.

You can download your data and delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting your account removes your answers, progress and saved templates; order records are kept as the law requires (see the privacy policy).

3. Cooling-off and refunds

Your full plan is made from your answers, and your plan, guides and trackers are delivered to your account as soon as payment is confirmed. At checkout you ask for this to happen straight away and agree that change-of-mind refunds then don't apply.

Section 44 of ECTA gives a seven-day cooling-off right for many online purchases. Under section 42(2) of ECTA it does not apply to services that began with your consent within those seven days, or to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. If you have paid and your plan or guide has not been delivered yet, you may still cancel for a full refund.

We refund in full for genuine problems: you paid but didn't get access or your plan didn't generate, you were charged twice, there is a technical fault we can't fix, or you didn't make or allow the charge. Please report a problem within 30 days of paying. The details and how to report it are in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or ECTA.

4. Your responsibilities

Answer honestly. The results depend on it. Check the facts that matter to you (fees, eligibility, tax rules) with the original source before acting; we show the date each was verified.

5. Accuracy

We research carefully and cite our sources, but platforms change their rules and fees. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct it.

6. Liability

To the extent the CPA allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make based on the information provided. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the CPA that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Supplier information (ECTA section 43)

For questions or complaints, use our contact page.

8. Governing law

South African law applies.

Earn Path is not a financial services provider and does not give financial advice. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
