Eight ways people create value
The full assessment builds your profile from these eight value modes. It separates what you tend to do from what you have proven you can do, and shows how sure it is about each conclusion.

What this framework is, and is not
Earn Path's value modes are an original framework, informed by widely used public ideas about vocational interests and work styles, such as John Holland's theory of six interest types. They do not reuse questions, scoring or descriptions from any existing assessment and have not been validated as a psychometric test. We use them to rank realistic income options, never to tell you who you are. Most people use two or three modes, and your circumstances (money, time, connectivity, willingness to sell) carry more weight in your matches than your profile does.
