Think twice if

  • You need money quickly: resource shops usually take months to build.
  • Your school or employer owns what you made and you have no permission to sell it.

Honest expectations

  • Most new shops make few sales in the first month. Sales grow with the number of good resources listed.
  • Published Teacha! prices for single CAPS worksheets run from about R17 to R69, and Teacha! keeps 35% of each sale.
  • Teacha! pays every second month once you have earned at least R500 in the cycle.
